There have been a few new policies put into place at VOW. The enforcement and fining policy has been updated to incorporate the new state laws passed in 2015. This includes a few minor changes to the notices and notice delivery. Also, a standby electric generator policy has been made as a result of the new state laws passed in 2015. If you are ever interested in having a standby electric generator installed at your home, please read the guidelines before you decide to install one. Lastly, the Board has heard many suggestions of changing the annual assessment due date, because of how close the due date is to the holiday season. After considering all the owner suggestions, the Board has decided to change the annual assessment due date to February 1st of every year. Thank you for all the great suggestions! Welcome to the Villages of Woodlake! We are located off Eldorado Parkway in the lake community of Little Elm, Texas. The Villages of Woodlake are comprised of 1,030 homes and is nestled in the heart of Little Elm. The Villages of Woodlake HOA, Inc., was created to conduct the affairs of the community as a corporation; overseeing the maintenance of all of the common areas such as the pool, park, and other landscaping. It is also responsible for the enforcement of compliance with the corporation's Covenants, Rules, and By-Laws.
