Welcome to the Villages of Woodlake, located off Eldorado Parkway in Little Elm, Texas. The association is currently in its last phase of development, which will be comprised of 1030 homes when complete.

The subdivision consists of large open spaces for use by its residents, including a walking trail and pond. Amenities include a pool, sand volleyball court, and playground. A second playground is located in the western portion of the community.

The Villages of Woodlake HOA, Inc. was created to conduct the affairs of the community as a corporation, overseeing the maintenance of all of the common areas, such as the pool, park and other landscaping. It is also responsible for the enforcement of compliance with the corporation's Covenants, Rules and By-Laws.
